Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC in Abilene, TX seeks a PSM/HVAC – Coordinator to manage and develop scheduled maintenance for the PSM/RMP programs, align with production schedules, and ensure compliance.

You will lead preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance, coordinate training, supervise contractor documentation, manage CMMS data, and drive continuous improvement while upholding GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Engineering environment.
• Ability to physically complete and comply with RSC respiratory protection program.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, and compressed air systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Plan all Predictive, Preventive, and Condition Based Maintenance for PSM/RMP programs to align with production schedules.
• Prioritize and escalate critical work as necessary.
• Manage the PSM/RMP program including documentation and training coordination.
• Coordinate CMMS data entry and ensure BOMs/PMs are up to date.
• Lead and document incident investigations and keep Emergency Action/Response and PHA current.
• Monitor and audit 3rd party audits and implement recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement projects in maintenance and safety.
