Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a PSM/HVAC – Coordinator to manage and develop scheduled work activities for PSM/RMP programs. You will coordinate maintenance plans, ensure data integrity in the CMMS, and align with production schedules while leading the PSM team and audits.

• 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Engineering.
• Able to comply with RSC respiratory protection program.
• Proficient with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler, and compressed air systems.
• Able to read and follow technical manuals and safety regulations.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Plan all Predictive, Preventive, and Condition Based Maintenance for PSM/RMP programs.
• Prioritize and escalate critical work as needed.
• Manage PSM/RMP program: maintain Process Safety Information, SOPs, and training.
• Coordinate contractor documentation, training, and performance reviews.
• Complete Management of Change and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.
• Lead and document all Incident Investigations.
• Ensure compliance of Emergency Action/Response Plans.
• Keep Process Hazard Analysis current and reviewed.
• Track audits and ensure recommendations are completed.
• Lead PSM Team meetings.
• Manage CMMS data (BOMs, PMs) and align with maintenance plans.
• Monitor work order backlog and drive backlog completion.
• Drive continuous improvement and GMP adherence.
