Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking an Manager, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive a zero-incident safety culture and advance site sustainability. You will lead EHS policies, train staff, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance across the manufacturing plant.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve safety performance, manage workers’ compensation, and support GMP and food safety standards on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an EHS related program.
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the implementation of EHS policies and programs.
• Champion Safety Pillar and drive proactive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Supervise the 2nd shift Health & Safety Supervisor.
