Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates in Abilene, KS, is seeking a PSM/HVAC – Coordinator to manage and develop maintenance plans supporting PSM/RMP programs. You will ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards while coordinating with the production schedule and the technical team.

You will lead CMMS data integrity, track backlogs, and drive continuous improvement projects. The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Engineering environment.
Ability to comply with RSC respiratory protection program.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, and compressed air systems.
Ability to comprehend technical manuals, instructions, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

Plan all Predictive, Preventive, and Condition Based Maintenance for the PSM/RMP programs to effectively and efficiently execute activities in a coordinated way.
Prioritize and escalate critical work as necessary.
Manage the PSM/RMP program including: Maintaining all Process Safety Information, updating and auditing SOPs, coordinating training, and managing contractor documentation.
Complete and follow Management of Change and Pre‑Startup Safety Reviews; lead and document incident investigations.
Ensure compliance of the Emergency Action/Response Plan and that the Process Hazard Analysis is current and reviewed.
