Russell Stover Chocolates in Abilene, KS, is seeking a Quality Lead to drive FSQA initiatives and lead the QA team on the plant floor. You will conduct quality inspections, manage root-cause investigations, and prepare for audits to ensure that only safe, high-quality chocolate products are shipped.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to GMP and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Two or more years in a plant involved with quality and/or food safety tasks.
• Experience using the MS Office Suite.
• Ability to routinely and frequently stand, stoop, bend and lift overhead.
• Must be able to differentiate between colors and shifts in colors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform QA inspections and verify food safety, sanitation, and quality programs.
• Lead the QA team and provide floor support during audits.
• Oversee audit preparation and floor activities; back-up for hourly QA staff.
• Manage daily QA paperwork and traceability; ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure FSQA requirements are met and drive GMP compliance and continuous improvement.
