Job summary

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development seeks a HCD Community Program Administrator II to oversee resource development, management, and coordination of the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role involves collaboration with state agencies, Continuums of Care, and service providers to deliver training, technical assistance, and partnership building for permanent supportive housing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of admin or professional experience, including two years in financing or TA for housing development, revitalization, or community infrastructure.
• Experience working with a Continuum of Care (CoC) and homelessness/at-risk populations.
• Experience managing federal or state Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and other housing programs.
