Job summary

Jaydot is hiring a PSH Case Manager Supervisor to lead the tenant-based case management team within the PSH program funded by DC DHS. The role focuses on securing and maintaining permanent housing for clients exiting homelessness and supervising staff to ensure housing stability and well-being.

The Supervisor provides clinical oversight, guides case management strategies, and ensures compliance with contract standards, including documentation, certifications, and quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in case management, mental health services, and direct service delivery to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and/or other marginalized populations required
• Minimum five (5) years directly supervising frontline staff required
• Professional knowledge of the theories, principles, techniques, and practices of social service delivery systems required
• Education as listed: LICSW or LPC in DC, OR-Licensed Graduate Social Worker and/or LGPC, OR Master’s Degree or BA with 4 years of experience in PSH services

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide clinical oversight for up to seven (7) tenant-based PSH Case Managers
• Monitor and track case management staff engagement with participants
• Review case notes for quality and accuracy
• Review, evaluate, and approve participant case plans for quality and effectiveness
• Meet with Case Managers to plan and review cases and engagement strategies
• Provide guidance for challenging participant situations and connect to more intensive services as needed
• Review and approve all notices issued to participants
• Analyze Housing Stability Plans and track progress toward goals
• Ensure quarterly re-certifications and up-to-date software/files
• Ensure all case management documentation complies with contract standards
• Engage in case conferencing with District government staff
• Participate in monthly District/Provider meetings and internal staff meetings
