Job summary

Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role involves collaboration with state agencies, Continuums of Care, and service providers to deliver training, technical assistance, and partnership building for permanent supportive housing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of admin or professional experience, including two years in financing or TA for housing development, revitalization, or community infrastructure.
• Experience working with a Continuum of Care (CoC) and homelessness/at-risk populations.
• Experience managing federal or state Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and other housing programs.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Five years of administrative or professional experience, including two years of financing experience or technical assistance for housing development, revitalization, or community infrastructure
• Experience working with a Continuum of Care (CoC) and homelessness/at-risk populations
• Experience managing federal or state Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and other housing programs
• Ability to build community relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
• Valid Maryland motor vehicle operator's license for assigned duties
