Job summary

State of Washington’s Housing Division, within Commerce, seeks an AHAH Project-Based and Capital Partnership Program Manager to lead PSH initiatives. You’ll train providers, oversee subsidy grants, and collaborate with partners across government and communities to expand permanent supportive housing opportunities.

The role focuses on policy development, compliance monitoring, and ensuring accountability for funds while engaging stakeholders at multiple levels, including statewide conferences.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of combined professional level experience with community, trade or economic development focusing on PSH.
• Experience developing and delivering training or presentations is required.
• Experience in grants management and contract monitoring is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical assistance on evidence‑based PSH practices to developers, housing providers, and property managers in WA.
• Develop and manage PSH program policies, procedures, and funding applications.
• Draft legislation and present at agency, local, state, or national meetings.
• Monitor grant compliance, analyze performance data, and prepare reports.
