Job summary

Washington State Department of Commerce is seeking a Project-Based and Capital Partnership Program Manager to advance permanent supportive housing opportunities and manage subsidy grant agreements. You will train partners, develop policies, and coordinate with stakeholders to improve PSH access and outcomes.

Role requires experience in PSH, grants management, and the ability to present findings at state or national conferences. Travel within Washington State and a hybrid work setup are possible.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of combined professional level experience and/or education involving community, trade or economic development with a focus in PSH.
One or more years of experience delivering training or presentations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to housing providers and property managers in PSH.
Assist with draft legislation and present at conferences.
Develop and conduct workshops on evidence-based PSH practices for diverse audiences.
Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and funding applications for grants.
