Job summary

National Church Residences in Columbus, OH, seeks a Program Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness.

The role directs staff, monitors performance, and partners with health and community agencies to promote housing stability and best practices in Housing First and harm reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Health, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in supportive housing, homeless services, behavioral health, case management, or related social services.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations, HMIS, Housing First, and supportive housing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise PSH staff through coaching and development.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure HUD/compliance.
• Monitor program performance, occupancy, and housing stability outcomes.
• Partner with Property Management to support lease compliance and tenancy.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and community agencies.
• Promote Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction.
