Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Program Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing at Commons at Grant in Columbus, OH. You will lead a PSH team, ensure HUD/compliance, and collaborate with healthcare and housing partners to promote housing stability and resident well-being.

Requirements include a relevant bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and 3–5 years in supportive housing or related social services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supportive housing, homeless services, behavioral health, case management, or related social services.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HUD regulations, HMIS, Housing First, and supportive housing best practices preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills.

  • Promote Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction best practices.

What You'll Do
