Job summary

The Lutheran Child And Family Services (LCFS) in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Housing Coordinator for its 30-unit Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. This on-site role ensures program operations comply with HUD, CoC, and Housing First standards while supporting a trauma-informed, culturally responsive housing environment.

You will supervise housing staff, engage residents and services, manage partnerships, and advance program development with fiscal responsibility in mind.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supportive housing or related field.
• Experience with program compliance and reporting.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and engage residents.
• Knowledge of HUD CoC and Housing First principles.
• Willingness to work on-site in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 30-unit PSH program operations.
• Ensure HUD, CoC, and Housing First compliance.
• Supervise housing staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Coordinate services with property management and providers.
• Track budgets and support fiscal responsibility.
