Job summary

The Centers is seeking a Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing in Cleveland, OH. This role oversees administrative and clinical supervision of the PSH team, ensures high-quality service delivery, and collaborates with the PSH Director to align program goals with community needs.

Qualified leaders will have a Master’s in Social Work or related field, Ohio licensure (LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC), and documented experience in behavioral health settings with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related social service discipline required, with a minimum of three years of experience in mental health, chemical dependency, and/or social services, including at least one year of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current licensure in Ohio as an LSW or LPC, with eligibility for independent licensure, is required. Current LISW or LPCC licensure also satisfies this requirement.
• LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams in a community behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and coordination of agency program, ensuring adherence to professional, clinical, and ethical standards.
• Works in collaboration with the PSH Director to recruit, train, and evaluate assigned employees.
• Provides administrative and clinical supervision to assigned PSH Team members to ensure timely service delivery of high quality.
• Ensures proper utilization and timeliness of services and optimizes client care by coordinating services within the organization and with other community support services.
• Monitors progress toward goals and objectives and reports outcomes to the PSH Director.
• Leads crisis response and de-escalation activities for assigned locations.
