Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, squat, and move actively during sessions.
• Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate care among clinical team members.
• Train and support parents, caregivers, and school staff in ABA strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
