Consensus Health in Evesham, New Jersey is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across New Jersey. You will develop provider pipelines, engage passive candidates, and move candidates from initial contact through offer and onboarding.

The role requires a track record in healthcare recruitment, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and ability to partner with clinical and operational leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in healthcare.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling difficult-to-recruit provider roles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs across New Jersey.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to define needs and search strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, visits, and candidate onboarding.
• Provide market insights on compensation and hiring trends.
