AtlantiCare is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider in Mays Landing, NJ to support Primary Care operations and ensure high-quality patient care across all locations. Responsibilities include recruitment and evaluation of providers, oversight of chart reviews, and collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer.

Candidates should have a Master's in Nursing or relevant degree, current NJ RN/APN license, and strong communication skills. The position includes generous benefits such as medical, dental, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Current RN/APN license in New Jersey or multi-state license with specialty certification.
• Minimum 1 year in business operations/environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assists with recruitment and orientation of advanced practice providers.
• Organizes and oversees the APP chart review process.
• Collaborates with the Chief Medical Officer to address performance issues.
