Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Manager, Provider Services to lead the provider recruiting effort across our divisions. You will manage a team, work with senior leaders, and drive multi-channel approaches to attract physicians and NP/PAs.

You will partner with operations, finance and clinical leadership to align staffing with patient demand, forecast needs, and optimize candidate experience. This is a full-time role supporting Medicare-focused community clinics across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
• CPRP certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of value-based care models preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider recruiting across OSH divisions.
• Manage Associates and Specialists on the Provider Services team.
• Partner with Director and SVP for staffing strategy.
• Develop divisional and regional recruiting plans and analytics.
• Oversee sourcing, materials and candidate experience.
• Engage external recruitment firms when needed; negotiate terms.
• Lead contracting and negotiation for physicians and NP/PAs.
• Maintain recruiter metrics and candidate databases.
