Job summary

Thundermist Health Center is seeking a Senior Provider Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles, focusing on physicians, NPs, PAs, and RNs. You’ll own the candidate experience and partner with leaders across HR, Finance, and Marketing.

You’ll build strategic sourcing, credentialing awareness, and compliant offers, ensuring timely starts and strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or healthcare.
• 15+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 8+ years in healthcare/provider recruiting.
• Experience recruiting MD/DO physicians, NPs, PAs, and RNs.
• Knowledge of provider credentialing, licensure timelines, and DEA licensing.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and physician boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies via physician job boards, residencies, referrals.
• Screen candidates for clinical fit, licensure readiness, cultural alignment.
• Partner with CMOs and leaders to define roles and interview processes.
• Coordinate interview logistics and travel; manage offers with HR/Finance.
