Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in physician or APP recruitment and healthcare talent acquisition.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines, site visits, and offers.
• Experience with licensing, credentialing, onboarding, or provider-start processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician and APP staffing plans across markets.
• Maintain pipeline records, candidate stages, and risk updates.
• Coordinate licensing, credentialing, onboarding, and start processes.
• Oversee candidate interviews, site visits, and offer negotiations.
• Produce recruiting, onboarding, and engagement reports.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, credentialing, and recruiting partners.
• Ensure timely provider starts and early-tenure engagement.
