Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Vice President, Provider Recruitment and Contracting to lead enterprise strategy for physician and APP recruitment, contracting, onboarding, and workforce development across markets. The role partners with senior leaders to align workforce plans with growth, access, and care delivery priorities while establishing scalable, compliant contracting and onboarding programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in health administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership.
• 5+ years leading multi-site provider recruitment and contracting teams.
• Experience recruiting physicians and APPs across specialties.
• Knowledge of Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise recruitment and contracting strategies for employed physicians, APPs, and providers with services agreements.
• Partner with leaders to align workforce planning with growth and access goals.
• Develop scalable recruitment models, contracting governance, and onboarding standards.
• Oversee contracting processes to ensure compliance, timeliness, and quality.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in onboarding and time-to-productivity.
• Lead executive teams across dispersed markets and build succession capability.
