Job summary

Lifepoint Health seeks a visionary Vice President, Provider Recruitment and Contracting to lead enterprise strategies for physician and APP recruitment, contracting, onboarding coordination, and workforce pipeline development.

This executive will drive scalable operating models, standardized processes, and governance to reduce time-to-fill, accelerate contracting, and improve provider retention across markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA), MBA, MPH, HR Management, Health Services Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise recruitment and contracting strategies for physicians and APPs across the medical group line of business.
• Develop scalable recruiting and contracting models to reduce time-to-fill and accelerate contracting timelines.
• Partner with leaders across divisions to align workforce planning with enterprise growth and patient access goals.
• Oversee onboarding standards and responsible for provider ramp-up and integration.
• Establish governance, workflows, and escalation pathways for contract terms and approvals.
• Monitor onboarding performance and engagement to improve provider satisfaction.
