Job summary

Oscar Health Insurance in New York City seeks an Associate in Provider Success to drive end-to-end provider escalations and coordinate cross-functional solutions.

You will report to the Manager, Provider Success and work in a hybrid office setting with regular in-person collaboration. The role emphasizes data-informed decisions, relationship-building with stakeholders, and sharing knowledge across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in operations, data analysis, and/or consulting within healthcare.
• 3+ years experience cooperatively developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• 3+ years experience designing and improving workflows, including development of operating and technical procedures and tooling.
• Experience managing complicated business challenges: developing understanding, distilling and communicating that understanding to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge management, training, or content development in operational settings.
• 2+ years experience using SQL to manipulate and analyze large data sets to solve business problems.
• Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Structured, systematic, and critical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Leads and cross collaborates on problem definition, acute error remediation, and root cause solution development
• Utilizes data to drive business decisions to impact cross-functional strategy
• Develops trusting relationships with relevant internal/external stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration and positive outcomes.
• Supports Oscar team members through knowledge sharing, process documentation, and tooling development
• Other duties as assigned
