Grow Therapy is seeking a Provider Sales Manager to scale our PGA model, primarily inbound, and lead a pod of 8+ PGAs under the Director of Provider Recruitment. This fully remote role emphasizes coaching, data-driven leadership, and cross-team collaboration to drive provider growth.

You’ll manage performance, implement AI-enabled workflows, and maintain strong engagement across a remote team, with travel 2–3 times per year to align on strategy and results.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience managing recruitment or sales teams (1+ year).
• Ability to motivate a remote team and drive results.
• Data-driven decision making and fluency with AI tools.
• Willingness to dive into systems and coach daily.
• Strong empathy and people-first leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of 8+ PGAs, running weekly metrics-driven 1:1s and hands-on coaching.
• Hold a high-performance bar for the team and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support org-wide communications and drive implementation across the team.
• Lead strategic projects affecting Recruitment (AI enablement, workflow redesigns).
• Build connection and engagement across a fully remote team with regular rhythms.
