Job summary

Moneybox is seeking a operations-focused professional to strengthen provider relationships, streamline transfers, and standardise data submissions. You will work with external providers and a small internal team, grounding decisions in real-case experience.

The role values data literacy, a practical mindset, and pension/financial services knowledge, with a hybrid/remote setup and UK base. You’ll help build scalable processes and have tangible impact on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Track record of building relationships and processes from scratch with minimal hand-holding.
• Comfort managing external relationships and a small internal team simultaneously.
• Data-literate, practical mindset for operations.
• Financial services or pensions experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships with providers, establishing the right contacts and cadence.
• Map end-to-end transfer flows and identify bottlenecks.
• Standardise information submissions to providers to speed up cases.
• Explore provider flexibility to streamline transfers for customers.
• Lead live cases early and guide a small team to ground work in reality.
• Create scalable playbooks for the pensions team.

What you'll do

• Build working relationships with our key providers - the right contacts, the right cadence, the right escalation route when something needs to move faster.

• Map how transfers actually flow between us and each provider, end to end, and find where they get stuck.

• Standardise how we submit information to providers, so cases move faster and with less back-and-forth.

• Explore where providers are willing to flex their own requirements to make transfers smoother for customers.

• Spend some early time working live cases yourself, and lightly steer a small team doing the same, so everything you build is grounded in the real work.

• Create playbooks of processes that will be operated by the larger Pensions team in a scalable way.

Experience and skills

• A track record of building relationships and processes from scratch, with minimal hand-holding.

• Comfort holding both external relationships and a small internal team at once.

• A data-literate, practical mindset

• Financial services or operations background helpful, pensions experience or understanding a plus.

Working Policy:

We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
