The role features a flexible schedule with three days in the Texas office and two days remote, requiring strong attention to detail, travel as needed, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, OR 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and develop/maintain cooperative working relationships with contracted providers under supervision.
• Issue tracking and resolution; educate and train providers; identify trends and evaluate providers for contractual/financial compliance.
