Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 years of managed care operations experience or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce to track activities and generate reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with contracted providers.
• Handle issue tracking and resolution and educate/train providers.
• Identify trends and evaluate providers to ensure contractual and financial requirements are met.
• Coordinate provider relations, network operations, credentialing, contracting, or healthcare administration tasks.
• Maintain documentation, track projects, and follow up on action items.
