Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams, track performance, educate providers, and help ensure contractual and financial alignment across the network, with a hybrid Texas-based schedule and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, OR 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in provider relations, network operations, credentialing, contracting, or healthcare administration.
• Ability to identify issues and follow through to resolution with minimal supervision.

• Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with contracted providers and track issues.
• Educate, train, and resolve provider concerns to ensure contractual and financial alignment.
