Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a professional to support the provider recruitment and contracting process to ensure strategic coverage for assigned providers. This role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, and physician groups, and supporting complex provider activities.

Minimal travel is involved. This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in managed care, or 5+ years in a managed care environment.
At least 2 years of health care administration experience with direct provider communication.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support provider recruitment and contracting to ensure strategic coverage for assigned providers.
Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals and physician groups; develop provider relationships.
Support complex hospital and physician provider activities; travel as needed.
