Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a provider relations support professional to develop and maintain cooperative relationships with contracted providers, with supervision. You will enhance provider ease of doing business with HCSC, handling issue tracking, training, and evaluating provider performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and willingness to travel within Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree AND 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, OR 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays.
• Experience in managed care, health plan, provider network operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and develop/maintain cooperative relationships with contracted providers, with supervision.
• Enhance provider ease of doing business with HCSC, including issue tracking and resolution.
• Educate and train providers; identify trends and evaluate provider performance.
• Ensure contractual and financial requirements are adhered to and performed.
