OrthoMed is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to join our anesthesia physician practice management team in Addison, TX. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, relationship management, and coordinating Grand Rounds to support expansion and operational goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare provider relations, practice management, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, billing, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provider Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist the recruiting team by providing support at events and other gatherings.
• Relationship Management: Serve as primary liaison between the company and healthcare providers, maintaining personal connections and ensuring providers have necessary resources and support.
• Grand Rounds Management: Coordinate monthly Grand Rounds meetings including speaker engagement, deck creation, invite distribution, and post-event outreach.
• Issue Resolution: Address provider concerns and assist in resolving conflicts and operational challenges.
• Provider Engagement & Recognition: Coordinate provider appreciation programs and ensure clinicians receive timely allocation of resources and equipment.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute targeted outreach strategies, promote network participation, analyze market trends and provider feedback, coordinate communication materials, track campaign performance.
• Other Duties as assigned

We are seeking a dynamic Provider Relations Specialist to join our growing anesthesia physician practice management company based in Addison, TX. This role is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare providers while supporting our expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provider Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist the recruiting team by providing support at events and other gatherings. This role may also provide support to new hire clinicians during the onboarding process.
• Relationship Management: Serve as primary liaison between the company and healthcare providers, maintaining personal connections through thoughtful gestures such as birthday and anniversary gifts, ensuring providers have necessary resources and support
• Grand Rounds Management: Responsible for coordinating monthly Grand Rounds meetings including but not limited to: speaker engagement, deck creation, invite distribution, and post event outreach.
• Issue Resolution: Address provider concerns, assist in resolving conflicts, and facilitz solutions to operational challenges
• Provider Engagement & Recognition: Coordinate special occasions recognition, manage provider appreciation programs, and ensure clinicians receive timely allocation of resources and equipment
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute targeted outreach strategies that promote network participation, enhance provider engagement, and increase awareness of organizational services; analyze market trends and provider feedback to develop data-driven marketing campaigns, coordinate communication materials (e.g., newsletters, webinars, and digital content), ensure consistent messaging across channels, and track campaign performance metrics to recommend improvements and support initiatives that drive provider satisfaction, retention, and network growth.

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare provider relations, practice management, or similar role
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, billing, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
