Job summary

StrideCare is seeking a Physician Liaison to develop and strengthen relationships between StrideCare/PVIR and referring providers. You will support referral growth, coordinate outreach activities, and serve as the primary contact for assigned practices to ensure they have the information and resources needed to refer confidently.

The role requires frequent travel to provider offices, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, or physician liaison roles preferred.
• Experience in a clinical or medical office environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a record of all referrals coming into PVIR.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current referring providers.
• Market PVIR services to new doctors and practices.
• Review athena weekly to ensure referral information is accurately entered.
• Maintain a running log of all providers visited each week.
• Maintain a detailed mileage log.
• Create monthly outreach plans listing which areas and providers to visit.
• Keep an organized list of last office visits and monthly referral trends.
• Order and maintain marketing materials.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual referral reports to show trends.
• Plan and organize expos, conferences, and events and bring all needed materials.
• Organize lunches and deliver holiday gifts for referring offices.
