Doctor Referral Institute is seeking a motivated Physician Liaison to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical practices, and healthcare organizations to drive referrals and promote client services.

You will educate providers on our referral solutions, coordinate with internal teams, and pursue new business opportunities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong communication, organization, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in medical sales, physician liaison, or healthcare business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers.
• Serve as the primary contact for physicians and practices to facilitate communication and provide information about services.
• Increase patient referrals by educating physicians about services, specialties, and value proposition.
• Identify opportunities for new business development and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral process.
• Monitor physician feedback and relay insights to leadership to improve service offerings.
