Job summary

Cadence is seeking a Provider Relationship Manager to own the provider-facing relationship for Cadence's clinical programs. You will serve as the primary contact for physician practices and clinic staff, ensuring Cadence integrates into provider workflows and delivers measurable impact for patients and health systems.

This field-first role requires national travel two to three nights per week to conduct onsite meetings, drive adoption, and represent Cadence with clinical and administrative

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or related field.
• Proven ability to build credible relationships with clinical and administrative audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of the Cadence solution at the practice level and drive adoption from launch through steady-state.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, care teams, and clinic administrators across health system partners.
• Monitor provider engagement metrics and adoption data; present performance reports at touchpoints to drive behavior change and outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing partners and surface new patient populations for expanded care delivery.
• Partner with the Partnerships team to scale Cadence across health system relationships.
• Collaborate with Product and Care Delivery teams to channel provider feedback into platform improvements.
• Navigate clinical environments autonomously, diagnose workflow gaps, and escalate when appropriate.
