Qualifications

• 2-year Provider Relations or healthcare delivery systems experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of managed care concepts and insurance claims processes.

Responsabilités

• Educate and inform IHCS Home Health Network providers and providers contracted with health plans we serve.
• Maintain strong relationships with providers and health plans to support network goals.
• Utilize MS Office tools to organize data and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
