Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) in Miramar, FL is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to deliver top-tier support, coordinate documentation for DME and Home Health providers, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration with payors, and efficient administrative management.

The position requires healthcare experience, understanding of managed care, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree plus two years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Network Development and/or Provider Relations.
• Two years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provide Provider Relations administrative support and coordination of documentation for all DME & Home Health providers in our portfolio.
• Coordinate documentation for downstream providers and support provider training and project coordination throughout the process.
• Deliver high level customer service and maintain strong communication with providers and internal teams.
• Support the full cycle scope of services in coordination and billing.
