Integrated Home Care Services is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to join our team. You will deliver a high level of customer service, provide administrative support, provider training, and coordinate projects across the DME and Home Health portfolios.

The role requires collaboration with plan payers and healthcare providers, managing documentation, and supporting the full cycle of services to ensure seamless care for patients.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree plus two years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Network Development and/or Provider Relations.
• Two years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service, administrative support, provider training and project coordination across the process and full cycle of services.
• Coordinate documentation for all DME & Home Health downstream providers in our portfolio.

What will you be doing:

The Provider Relations Specialist contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, provider training and project coordination throughout the process and full cycle scope of services in coordination and billing. The incumbent will be responsible for providing Provider Relations administrative support and coordination of associated documentation for all DME & Home Health downstream providers of our portfolio of business.

What will you need to succeed:

• Minimum of a Associates Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Network Development and/or Provider Relations. Two (2) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree
• Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
