Integrated HomeCare Services (IHCS) is a full-service home health company based in Miramar, FL. We are seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist to educate IHCS Home Health Network providers and providers contracted directly with health plans we serve, ensuring alignment with care standards and program goals.

The role requires 2 years in Provider Relations or healthcare delivery, strong MS Office skills, and solid knowledge of managed care and insurance claims processes.

Qualifications

• 2-year Provider Relations or healthcare delivery systems experience.
• Proficient in MS Office -Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
• Current working knowledge of the insurance industry claims process, and its practices.

Responsibilities

• The Provider Engagement Specialist is responsible for educating and informing IHCS Home Health Network providers and providers that are contracted directly with health plans that we serve.
