Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) seeks a Provider Engagement Specialist to educate IHCS Home Health Network providers and those contracted with health plans we serve. You will build strong relationships, explain program requirements, and promote seamless care delivery.

The role requires 2 years in Provider Relations or healthcare delivery systems, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and solid knowledge of managed care concepts and the insurance claims process.

Qualifications

• 2-year Provider Relations or healthcare delivery systems experience.
• Proficient in MS Office -Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
• Current working knowledge of the insurance industry claims process, and its practices.
