Job summary

HCSC seeks a Provider Relations Representative to contract, credential, and maintain provider data across all lines of business. You will build strong relations with the provider community to promote data integrity and support networks.

The role requires independent initiative and collaboration with internal teams to improve processes and provider experiences. Hybrid/flex with in-office visibility three days a week; travel and occasional weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in managed care, or 5 years in a managed care environment.
• 2+ years health care administration with direct provider communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Contracting, credentialing, and maintenance of provider data across lines of business.
• Build relations with the provider community and promote data integrity.
• Lead operational and customer support duties with independence.
• Participate in provider meetings, research credentialing issues, and training.
