Alpaca Health is seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager to grow patient referrals by building and maintaining partnerships with physicians, diagnosticians, and community organizations. You will be the field-facing representative, expanding the provider network and ensuring a steady stream of well-matched referrals.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, trust in healthcare referrals, and frequent in-person engagement across markets, with ownership of local partnerships and outreach

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral partnerships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations.
• Be the face of Alpaca Health in the field, building trust and expanding our provider network.
• Identify and pursue new provider leads, convert them to referral partners, and nurture ongoing relationships.
