Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking a Referral Partnerships Manager to grow patient referrals by building relationships with providers such as PCPs and pediatricians. This field-facing role requires frequent travel within our core territory to visit partner sites and communities.

You’ll own end-to-end partnership development, from lead identification to conversion and ongoing nurturing, using data-driven strategies and creative engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to be in the field most of the week.
• Ability to manage partnerships pipelines with discipline.

Responsibilities

• Spot opportunities by researching provider leads and proactively targeting new partner possibilities.
• Connect and convert leads into referral partners through outreach and meetings.
• Foster and strengthen relationships via regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions.
