Job summary

Lantern is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead our Provider Operations team, guiding a group of high-performing advocates to deliver exceptional service, meet KPIs, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our provider groups. You will help shape operational excellence and support ongoing improvement across the unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data management tools (PowerBI/Power Automate)
• Familiarity with AI tools (Anthropic/Chat GPT)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure high-quality provider support.
• Facilitate weekly one-on-one coaching sessions for performance feedback and development.
• Identify priority focus areas aligned with organizational goals and KPI targets.
• Serve as primary escalation and relationship manager for provider groups.
• Prepare and deliver program performance updates for alignment and visibility.
• Oversee knowledge management tools and automated solutions to support efficiency.
