Job summary

Devoted Health Services, Inc. is hiring a Manager of Provider Operations in Waltham to lead credentialing and provider contracting activities. You will drive offshore transitions, develop clear SOPs, and build data-driven processes to improve turnaround times and quality.

You will manage an offshore team, work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership, and shape scalable operations while ensuring compliance with CMS and state requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in operations, process improvement, or consulting.
• Bias toward action and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Strong ability to manage complexity and drive decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day credentialing operations and unblock complex cases with quick turnaround times.
• Develop SOPs and a central documentation library that stays current as processes change.
• Manage and develop offshore team with training, documentation, and quality monitoring.
• Partner on offshore transitions and ensure smooth handoffs without disrupting timelines or compliance.
• Quantify impact of AI solutions and tech improvements using data to build business cases.
• Create and implement AI-enabled workflows in partnership with product and engineering.
