Job summary

Preventure | Powered by Bardavon seeks a Provider Network Specialist to manage Single Referral Agreements (SRAs) and drive rapid provider outreach for timely scheduling. You will collaborate with adjusters, nurse case managers, and clients to ensure SLA compliance and successful placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in workers' compensation, healthcare network operations, provider relations, or inside sales.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and drive outcomes in time-sensitive situations.
• Strong communication skills with external partners; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned SRA cases from intake to scheduling, ensuring adherence to SLAs and client expectations.
• Conduct rapid, multi-channel provider outreach (phone, fax, email) to secure agreement participation and timely scheduling (target: within 48 hours).
• Identify barriers to placement and proactively overcome scheduling constraints.
• Develop creative, solution-oriented approaches to ensure placement while complying with company standards.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders (adjusters, nurse case managers, clients) on case status and risks (every 48 hours).
• Negotiate Single Rate Agreements (SRAs) in line with reimbursement guidelines and standards.
• Communicate the value of partnering with a third-party workers' compensation network.
• Identify high-utilization SRA providers and support conversion to full participation.
• Maintain professional follow-up to drive provider responsiveness and execution.
• Conduct targeted research to identify providers for network inclusion and coverage gaps.
• Assist contracting by gathering documentation and ensuring onboarding compliance.
• Support SRA-to-contract conversion initiatives with the contracting team.
• Document all activities in Salesforce and other systems; ensure data integrity.
• Manage high-volume workload while prioritizing urgent cases and meeting KPIs.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless case handling and provider onboarding.
