Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in workers’ compensation, healthcare network operations, or provider relations preferred.
• Proven negotiation, influence, and outcome-driven performance in time-sensitive environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned SRA cases from intake through scheduling, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Conduct rapid multi-channel provider outreach to secure participation and timely scheduling (target within 48 hours).
• Identify and overcome barriers to placement, such as unresponsiveness, rate objections, and scheduling constraints.
• Develop solution-oriented approaches while maintaining company standards and compliance.
• Provide timely updates to adjusters, nurse case managers, clients, and stakeholders on case status and risks (every 48 hours).
