Job summary

Provider Partners is seeking a Provider Network Specialist to support contracting activities, prepare and maintain provider agreements, and coordinate with internal stakeholders across network development. This role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and timely execution within a collaborative team.

You will manage workflows, monitor status, and contribute to provider onboarding and market expansion efforts, with occasional travel required to service areas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in healthcare administration, provider contracting, or related areas.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; detail-oriented and accurate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with databases or workflow tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support contracting activities through preparation, processing, execution, and maintenance of provider agreements.
• Draft, distribute, track, and maintain contracts and related documentation per policies.
• Manage contracting workflows and contract status in designated systems for visibility and timeliness.
• Monitor activities, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate follow-up to meet timelines.
• Maintain accurate contract records and supporting docs for regulatory/audit readiness.
• Support provider onboarding via contract-related outreach and data validation.
• Assist network development and market expansion through contracting coordination.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
