Job summary

Garner Health is hiring a Business Development Representative, Provider, to own initial outreach to targeted health systems and provider partners. You will collaborate with the Provider, Sales, and Marketing teams to build a scalable outreach playbook and drive opportunities.

You will engage in discovery calls, research accounts, and leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to generate qualified meetings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced selling environment.
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening and strong writing abilities.
• Inbound and outbound calling experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and drive company success.
• Energized by a mission with measurable outcomes; comfortable using AI tools to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Garner’s Provider organization, meeting or exceeding target activity metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
• Research accounts, identify targets, generate interest, and develop accounts.
• Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts.
• Track and report all activities in Salesforce.
• Help create and improve a repeatable go-to-market playbook with cross-team feedback.
