Job summary

Heidi is seeking a Director of Growth to own demand generation across North America. You will design scalable programs across private practices, health systems, and community orgs, and work with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Ops to optimize the funnel.

You will lead multichannel campaigns, ABM, and lifecycle marketing, driving high‑quality pipeline while improving efficiency and revenue impact. A hands‑on leader with analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, owning software demand generation or growth programs.
• Proven pipeline generation with targets, spend, and outcomes.
• Deep expertise across paid, ABM, or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong analytical judgment for funnel modeling and attribution.
• Hands‑on fluency with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
• Strong campaign writing and partner brief skills.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and pipeline targets across NA.
• Build integrated campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, and content.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing on messaging and targeting.
• Link events to targeted outreach and sales follow‑up.
• Improve funnel conversion with nurture and re‑engagement programs.
• Collaborate with RevOps on data, segmentation, and reporting.
