Job summary

Wonderschool is seeking an experienced leader to own the provider lifecycle and drive revenue growth in San Francisco. You will lead cross-functional efforts across onboarding, activation, and expansion, and collaborate with engineering to deploy AI agents for outreach, onboarding, and retention.

Own end-to-end provider funnel, conversion, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities.
Lead the provider success team, building repeatable onboarding, retention, and growth playbooks.
Partner with Engineering to deploy, evaluate, and improve AI agents for provider engagement.
Set ambitious revenue targets and track impact across initiatives.
Enable product-led growth motions through sales, CS, and account management.
Deploy AI agents to support sales, onboarding, and retention at scale.
